I’m proud to share some news from one of the teams I coach. Copado, an enterprise software company, is moving its global headquarters to New Orleans.
The company is investing $1 million in the new headquarters, which will take up the entire sixth floor of 400 Poydras Street downtown. Copado expects to create 59 new jobs paying well above the local average, while keeping its 70 current positions in the city. It all comes less than two years after Copado opened its first Louisiana office.
“New Orleans is where we’re building Copado’s future,” said CEO Ted Elliott.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching Ted and the Copado leadership team for almost two years. Watching a team commit to a vision this clearly, then follow through on it, is exactly why I love this work. Congratulations to Ted and everyone at Copado.
